Fit for Life
Hi there! I made a decision to change the way I view fitness and nutrition. Basically, eat right and move. Easier said than done, I know. But stay committed and you WILL get there. In the end, it's all you so the choice is yours. I've chosen the healthy way. What about you? Of course, like you, I have my good days and bad(some very horrible) days. Some days I feel unstoppable some days defeated. But hey, life goes on and we must keep going and not give up. So let's help motivate each other here, just to help us get closer to our goal! ;)
